This project is a study of basic commercial building construction concept. It emphasis basic planning and design of a small commercial building made out of concrete blocks. Current construction techniques, and applicable building codes are covered in the design.

The most important aspect of the project is the parking structure. We also have to have in consideration the sunlight that enters the structure . Nevertheless, all the exact measurement are given so we do not exide the maximum allowance of the project.
