The project is a study of numerous considerations required to build a two story dwelling, a two story apartment complex, or a retail building.

This project captions a location in downtown Los Angeles, which we have to understand the buildings that surround the new design, and the elements that we have to have in consideration to be able to design a retail building in this case.

The following model shows the particular design that the building comes to life. In this project we have to have in consideration mostly the circulation and sunlight exposure to the building.
