This project is a study of the concepts of two-story commercial building construction. It emphasizes on the basic planning and design of medium sized, two-story commercial building of concrete block or tilt-wall construction.

The project represents commercial units that need to be designed in a way that the circulation between the design are separated but at the same time work harmoniously with the design.
